Our aim is to create an efficient system to attract investments and build an effective hydrocarbon industry for Kenya and its neighboring countries which will be beneficial to investors as well as those involved in the development. With this in mind, we bring a high level platform to learn how to efficiently produce and manage the resources Kenya has to offer. For this event we will bring together a distinguished line-up of local and international speakers to establish best practice and discuss practical solutions, enabling Kenya to continue its journey towards transformation and growth. Here you will be exposed to the latest of the technologies and best of the facilities that the petro-carbon industry has to offer.
With the discovery of oil in Turkana region by Tullow oils, Kenya’s hydrocarbon industry has been stirred. It states that an oil reserve in Kenya is approximately 300 million barrel of oil equivalent. Not just oil but the gas sectors also have the potential of attracting large-scale investment to the region and are providing a boost to the respective economies. Gas reserves off East Africa’s seaboard have led to the predictions that the region could become the world’s third-largest exporter of natural gas over term. This is great news for the world when it comes to investment opportunity as it can benefit the economic growth of the country as well as those who invest in it. This is our attempt to contribute in this growth. We are on a mission to spread awareness among the industry so these resources can be utilized to its full potential. Our event will provide a platform where the companies can study the best technology that could be used, the latest development and be on par with their competitors at the same time.
